Optional wrist-temperature features read nightly Apple Health samples with permission. They do not write Health data.

Wrist-temperature cooling uses fresh nightly samples and a personal baseline. It is not live body-temperature monitoring or a medical feature.

Optional cloud routines synchronize schedules and use encrypted credentials on the configured backend. Direct control works through the phone.

Which air conditioners can I use?
Live control requires a compatible Bosch Climate Series air conditioner managed through HomeCom Easy, a Bosch account and internet access. Controls vary by model. Room temperature appears only when the unit reports it.
Do routines run when my phone is closed?
On-device routines run while betterBCool is active. For routines that continue while the phone is suspended or offline, the optional betterBCool Cloud service must be configured.
Can I try it without connecting my air conditioner?
Yes. The built-in interactive demo is local and does not send commands to Bosch or a real unit.
Is betterBCool an official Bosch app?
No. betterBCool is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bosch. Keep HomeCom Easy available as your official companion app.
